Dr. Salvatore Kerkar (Founder)

 

Dr. Salvadore Kerkar was raised in Europe where he acquired a unique knowledge and education that gave him the skills andbackground to later pursue his studies in the California. Having traveled all over the world and lived in several countries, Dr. Salvadore Kerkar also developed the skills and understanding that gives him a superior patient-doctor relationship.

Dr. Sal is also fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish.

 

  • Education: Doctorate in Chiropractic, and degree in Human Biology.
  • Residency: Southern California University of Health Sciences.
  • Board Certification: Diplomate, National board Of Chiropractic & Physiotherapy
  • Membership: International Chiropractic Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association.
  • Teaching Appointment: Clinical Microbiology, Functional Anatomy and Biomechanics at Southern California University of Health Sciences.
  • Hospital Affiliations: Torrance Memorial Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital.

Dr. Sal integrated his neuromusculoskeletal knowledge to specific soft tissue techniques learned during his later studies to compliment his treatment protocol.

Dr. Sal developed a unique approach and protocol incorporating joint and muscle realignment, intersegmental traction, Physical Therapy modalities, and soft tissue techniques into the rehab part of the treatment process.

She has just moved to California after completing her  studies of Oriental Medicine, which is a complimentary medicine that focuses on the structure and internal function of the body.

The qualifications, knowledge and the experience that Ms. Park acquired in Korea and the United States are the most distinctive elements of her professionalism and capability to provide her patients the best care.
